OTU is a member-run organization. Our members make us strong and help us continue our work to fight for Oakland tenants. For more information about joining OTU, attend a General Meeting or email [email protected].

To become an OTU member, you must:

1. Live or work in Oakland
2. Not own or manage any residential rental properties
3. Agree to our mission, principles, and priorities

Members are encouraged (but not required) to actively participate in OTU by attending general meetings, joining a committee, and leading or participating in activities and/or paying dues of $10 a year.
